Merida Audience Artwork Project
Many thanks to everyone that contributed to my piece "What is a
sound worth?" The idea is that one often hears the phrase "a picture
is worth a thousand words." I am trying to find ways to integrate
different media and arts and thought it would be interesting to hand
out paper and pencils to the audiences at the Merida concerts for
folks to write or draw their impressions of our music as a reaction and
reevaluation of artistic relationships and functions.
The following is a collection of all the works (over 40!) I also received
an origami bird and frog! I am so grateful and appreciative for the
beautiful and imaginative visuals. The response I received was
overwhelming and inspiring.
